Return & Refund Policy

At our store, returns and refunds are available only for products specifically marked as "Eligible for Return/Refund" on the product page.

Non-Returnable Products Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased through our store due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Eligible Return Products For products specifically marked as returnable, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. To qualify, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

Customized & Personalized Products Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and specially manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order specifications.

Sale Items Products purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or using special discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Refund Processing Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
